Solar Subscription Program for Business

Mississippi Power's Solar Subscription Program allows commercial and industrial (C&I) customers to support their sustainability initiatives. Mississippi Power will procure 200 megawatts (MW) of new renewable resources through power purchase agreements (PPAs) for subscription by C&I customers.

Participating customers are able to purchase a subscription for a pro-rata share of the production of renewable resources associated with the program. Mississippi Power will retire the RECs on behalf of participating customers, allowing customers to receive the environmental benefits associated with their pro-rata share of the energy produced by the program resources.

REC Purchase Program

Support your sustainability goals by participating in Mississippi Power's REC purchase program. The REC purchase program allows non-residential customers who use at least 100,000 kWh of electric energy in a single month to purchase Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) from already existing Mississippi Power solar PPA facilities.
